Chia seeds Pudding - Quick Sunday desert - Vegan!

If you have lazy Sunday just like I do and want to eat something sweet all day just like I do, you are on the right place!
You will need just handful of ingredients and your cravings for sweet are gone. 
Although it´s vegan, It is also very rich, so not exactly the healthiest version, but who cares?
I know I don´t!


You will need:







1. Mix coconut milk with two bananas and 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Put this in the fridge for at least couple of hours or overnight if you are patient enough.


2. Melt your dark chocolate.
3. Cook your strawberries on medium heat. Add couple of tablespoons of jam of your choice. You can add sugar at this poin as well, but the coconut milk mixture is sweet enough.


4. Spread your chocolate on the pudding add your mixture of strawberries and jam and It´s ready. 


Very easy and kind of healthy!
